"It is not what color you have, it is what inside that brings you up"
It was bright sunny Sunday, kids were running around the park. There
was a man standing in the middle of the park. He was selling helium
air balloon and had many different colors of the balloon. A bunch of
white boys and girls were crowding around man and were very excited
about the helium air balloon.
A black boy was hiding behind a statue looking with envy at the white
boys and girls. He was afraid to come out and mingled with the
children as he was mindful of his skin color.
After the white children were done and happily bought their favor
color balloon, the black boy came to the man and ask timidly "Can I
have one Balloon,please".
The man looked at the boy and handed him one black colored balloon.
The boy hesitated. The man smile at him and let go of the black
balloon.
The boy was surprise but was joyous to see the balloon went up into
the sky like any other kids would.
The man smiled and said to the boy " It's not the color that makes the
balloon flies but what is inside that lift it up"
I was told this is a real story and the black boy later became a
renowned professor.
