A story that I heard:
A group of people set off to climb a mountain. There were 20 of them inclusive of a guide. The mountain from visual, seemed to be within reach. So they started walking towards the foot of the mountain.
As they walked and walked, 1 hour passed. 19 people asked the guide "Are we there yet?" The guide replied "just ahead."
Another 2 hours passed, the mountain still seemed to be within reach. 19 people looked fustrated and asked again "Are we there yet?" The guide responded "very soon."
They walked for another 20 minutes and finally refused to walk any further. The guide asked the 19 people : "Do you want to climb the mountain?" "yes" replied the 19 people. The guide suggested:" Why don't we call the mountain to us?" So the guide instructed the 19 people to stand in one straight line and faced the mountain.
The guide said: "Let's shout "Mountain come to me""

This time they shouted to their top of the voice and mountain don't even move a bit.
The guide finally said to the 19 people:" Since the mountain cannot come to us, we have to go to the mountain"
So, 19 people started walking again and within another 20 minutes, they reached the foot of the mountain and started climbing.
